Where we deliver
We deliver throughout Peninsular Malaysia. Deliveries to East Malaysia and outside the country are quoted case by case.
Lead times
Stocked equipment is usually despatched within 3 to 7 working days of a confirmed order. Customised and high-capacity systems are built to order, and the lead time is confirmed in your quotation. We will tell you as soon as we know if a lead time changes.
Delivery charges
Charges depend on destination, equipment size and access. They are shown on your quotation or invoice before you confirm the order.
Receiving a delivery
Someone must be present to receive and sign for the equipment. Please inspect the packaging before signing. Note any visible damage on the delivery note and tell us within 48 hours, with photographs, so we can put it right.
Large systems may require the customer to arrange unloading, lifting or site access. We will confirm what is needed before despatch.
Installation
Delivery and installation are separate. Where installation is in our scope, we schedule it with you once the equipment is on site and the necessary gas, water, electrical and ventilation provisions are ready.
