When you submit an enquiry we collect the name, email address, phone number, company and message you give us. We do not ask for identity-card numbers, bank details or payment details through this website.
Why we collect it
To answer your enquiry, prepare a quotation, deliver and service the systems you order, and keep the records a business is required to keep.
Who we share it with
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with the people who need it to do the work — our own staff, and the installers, service partners and delivery companies engaged on your project — and with authorities where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept while we are in contact with you and for as long afterwards as our records and warranty obligations require.
Your rights
