1. These terms
These terms and conditions govern the sale of equipment and the supply of services by Greenseed Engineering Sdn Bhd (980246-P) ("Greenseed", "we", "us"). By placing an order you accept them.
2. Quotations and orders
Quotations are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise, and are based on the site information supplied to us. An order is accepted once we confirm it in writing. Where site conditions differ materially from what was described, we may revise the quotation before work begins.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are in Malaysian Ringgit and exclude delivery, installation and applicable taxes unless the quotation says otherwise. Payment terms are as stated on the invoice. We may suspend delivery or work on overdue accounts.
4. Installation
Installation is carried out by our own teams or by installers we appoint. The customer is responsible for providing safe access, and for the gas, water, electrical and ventilation provisions a system requires, unless these are included in our scope.
5. Warranty
Equipment carries the manufacturer's warranty stated in its documentation, starting from the date of delivery. The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship. It does not cover damage from misuse, unauthorised modification, incorrect installation by others, water quality, or failure to service the system as scheduled.
6. Liability
Our liability in connection with any order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit or business interruption. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the courts of Malaysia have exclusive jurisdiction.
